When you're talking about ball handling. We talked a little bit earlier about figure eight drill. Okay now this one, a little more complex is, and it has two ways you can do it. It's called the figure eight dribble. The difference in the figure eight drill and the figure eight dribble is you're actually dribbling so, when you look at the figure eight dribble, like I said you have two ways you can do it. You can do it with a constant dribble or you can do it with a slower dribble. Which when you're starting out I suggest you start out with the slower dribble. The way the figure eight dribble goes is, you go in between the legs, and you continually dribble inside and outside of your legs just to get a feel of the ball, and also to work on the ball handling. So, when you're doing it you definitely want to keep in mind that if you're right handed it's going to be a little easier to go from the outside in. If you're left handed it's a little easier, maybe a little easier to go from the inside, out. So, two ways to do the figure eight dribble, and if you work on that dribble, on that drill I guarantee you you're ball handling will improve a hundred percent.
