Let's talk about how to add shape to your figure without having painful surgery. You can always start with a padded bra. If you're not having the shape that you want on top, a padded bra with a bit of an extra cup in there gives you a nice round smooth shape. When you put this bra in particular, it's called the Wacoal iBra. It adds a good half a cup to a full cup size. Looks great on and it's smooth and gives a nice amount of cleavage. Another option are these silicone inserts. you can put them in any bra. You put them at the bottom and lift your breast on top of it and it adds at least a full cup size, if not one and a half. Don't add this to a bra that is already padded. Now lastly they do exist and I've seen them in stores, I don't necessarily recommend them, but companies do make a butt pad. It's like a padded bra but underwear instead. So it gives you a little extra shape on your bottom. Alternative solutions are wearing shape wear that defines your bottom or a thong can actually help push out your butt cheeks. Wearing a belt or something high waisted makes a smaller figure look like it has more curve.
