The Spider Drill in Basketball

This particular drill is called the spider drill. Again it is hand eye coordination and it is just developing a relationship with the basketball. I will go slowly. And you know it is o'kay to look at it. Sometimes you will take your eyes off of it but it is just in the game. This is to help you create a relationship with the basketball. And then I like to walk up sometimes and walk back with it. Alright? Get rhythm. That is the spider drill, again hand/eye coordination, just giving you rhythm with the basketball and developing a relationship, guards sleep with the basketball, the spider drill.
