Adding West African Dance Rhythms

Let's learn one other movement to go with the six eight rhythm. Let's start with the feet. Step, together, step, touch. Step, together, step, touch. Notice the foot that touches is the foot you're going to step with again. So it's right, left, right touch the left. Left, right, left touch right. Right, left, right touch left. Left, right, left touch right. So, one, two, three touch. One, two, three touch. One, two, three touch. One, two, three touch. Now, make sure that you're knees are bent and your body is pitched forward. Step, together, step, touch. Step, together, step, touch. Step, together, step, touch. Step, together, step, touch. And you want to do this slightly close to the Earth because we're going to add arms, and you'll understand why.
