Now, here's an example of a half-time shuffle where we're not even going to play the bass drum on one, and really, this is a perfect example to show that the feeling of the half-time is based around the back beat on three. And, here it is with the shuffle pattern. So, just another example of the half-time feel. Eventually, we will start using all of our triplet partials, and that'll make things more complicated. We'll add in ghost notes. It's best to have a good grasp for these basic patterns first.
