Half-Time Shuffle Drum Beat Pattern
Okay, the first basic half-time feel pattern is going to be the most basic one, where as normally we would play here, the bass drum on one and three, and the snare drum on two and four. We'll just play base on one, snare on three. I'll play it for you with the regular twelve-eight pattern and then the shuffle pattern. So, that's the basic half-time feel pattern with the most basic bass and snare pattern you could possibly play. We'll build off of that. We'll move the notes around in this series and play a bunch of different examples for you. And then after that, we'll look at playing a half-time shuffle with ghost notes on the snare drum, as well, which will add a whole other level to it.
