Hi this is Ken, and I'm here to talk to you about the basics of golf. I have a seven iron in my hand; and two, the two greatest problems that golfers have are the hook and the slice. Now what do I mean about that? Well if I'm shooting the ball and the ball is suppose to go straight ahead of me, I'm aiming by the way towards where I think the ball should go. It suppose to go straight ahead, and if the ball goes off to the right that is what is called a slice. On the other hand, if the ball goes off to the left and not a straight line, that is what is known as a hook. Now this are the general problems for golfers. However, professionals golfers has mastered the slice and hook. Not only can they corrected the slice and hook but, they can use it to there advantage. Sometimes there is obstacle with a tree over here, and you want to get around the tree, and the only way to get around tree is to hook around the tree. By holding the club in a close position and shooting from left to right, and coming through the ball on a left hand trajectory, you cause a ball to hook. The same thing with doing a slice. There might be a time when you want to slice around a hazard and that what we see. Thank you very much!
