Arie Pytel for Expert Village. We’ve got our guacamole on the way. Avocados mashed, limejuice, green onions. Next, we’re going to add cilantro, which we already have chopped up here. I’m going to add again about 3 tablespoons of cilantro. Now that we have our cilantro added, we’ll be adding just over a quarter teaspoon of freshly black pepper, quarter teaspoon oregano, and about a half a teaspoon of salt. Mix all this together. Some last thoughts about guacamole before we go. If you prefer, you can add chopped tomatoes to the guacamole. I personally don’t, I keep my guacamole and my salsa separate. Another good trick when you’re storing guacamole is putting in Tupperware; it’ll last about a week. If you add the pit of the avocado, it’ll keep the green color of your guacamole a lot longer. Again, thanks for joining me. I’m Arie Pytel for Expert Village.
