Add Lime Juice to Guacamole

For about 2 cups of guacamole, you’re going to want at least 2 avocados. Maybe more. Avocados are ripe when they’re slightly soft to the touch from the outside. We’ve chopped up our avocados, they’re in the bowl here. The next important step is to add the limejuice. This prevents your avocados from oxidizing and turning brown. This will greatly improve your flavor and the presentation of your guacamole. Again, just like the salsa, we’re going to chop the lime in half and squeeze that over our guacamole.
