I’m Arie Pytel for Expert Village, and it looks like we’re done with our salsa so there’s only one step left and that’s to taste it. Delicious. But you know, I think it needs to be a little spicier, so it’s okay to add a couple more teaspoons of chili powder or salt or whatever you feel is right for your salsa. Also, if you want to store the salsa and have it ready for future times, it’s good to cover with Saran wrap or put it in a Tupperware. Salsa doesn’t really freeze very well, but it’ll last in the refrigerator for about a week and half. I decided to make it a little more spicy. We were using chili powder, however, I recommend if you want to use fresh chilies you’ll get a much nicer result if you use habanero, Serrano, or jalapeño peppers. Habanero being the most dangerous and spicy of those 3.
