Add Lime Juice to Salsa

The next ingredient will be the limes. It’s very simple. We use about 1 lime for the amount of salsa we have today, about 2 ½ cups of salsa. It’s very simple, just cut the lime in half horizontally and squeeze that juice right into our mixture here. You want enough lime so we’re going to preserve the flavors of the salsa, but not make it too watery.
