Adding Onion to Salsa

Hi! My name is Arie Pytel for Expert Village. We’re moving on with our salsa here. Now that we have our onions chopped as finely as we can, we want to add that to our tomato mix. I used a half an onion for about 8 tomatoes. Again, with every ingredient in salsa you want to mix the taste. We have about 2 ½-3 cups of tomatoes here and about I’d say 2/3 of a cup of onions that I’m going to put in. Stir this mixture together to see about what the consistency of your salsa is going to look like. It’s nice to have somewhat of a chunk to your salsa.
