Now that I've got the new boxer with a few combinations, we've got their attention, they want to box. So far they've done everything from the same position. They've stepped in, they've thrown a jab. They've stepped in, they've thrown a 1-2. They've stepped in, they've thrown a 1-2-3. But they're pretty much still right in the same position. So now we want to actually teach them how to circle the bag. So at this point we're going to teach them to go left with their left foot when they're going to the left, and then right with the right foot when they're going to the right. So they're going to be able to step to the side, throw a few punches, step back to the other side, throw a few punches. We're going to teach them to step back and step forward, and start circling the heavy bag, taking half a steps here, half a steps here, half a step to the right, half a step to the left. Actually get them some general footwork at the same time that they're going to be throwing their punches. This is the point where we actually start teaching footwork. Nick, can you show us a little bit of footwork around this heavy bag, just doing some general circling? Okay. Now next time we work on a heavy bag he'll have a little bit more footwork and will be able to circle the bag and then throw some punches at the same time.
