Pilates Exercise : Single Leg Stretch
It's called the single leg stretch. We are going to roll back, stay back, right knee stays in, left leg stands, pull switch and switch. The whole time as you excel the navel is going down towards the mat and switch and switch. Modified version is bring your knee up towards the leg, up towards the ceiling; single leg stretch. Good!
