Hi my name is Greg Goldberg I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and you can check us out a www.minettis.com. Today we are going to be talking about chicken Alfredo pizza; how to make your own at home. In this segment, we are going to talk about what you need to get started. If you take a look over here, we are going to need a spoon or a whisk for the Alfredo sauce, a knife for chopping up a few things, butter, flour, and heavy cream to make the sauce, as well as garlic for both the chicken and the sauce. We are going us a little extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of white wine just to top things off.
