Supplies for Making a Child's Poncho

Today I'll be demonstrating how to make a child's fleece poncho. This is the super easy fleece poncho. All you need is single layer of fleece and a pair of very sharp scissors. Now this fleece comes in width of sixty inches and we're demonstrating today how to make a small child's poncho and I'm going to be cutting a twenty-seven inch square. Now to square the fabric, it's very easy, you measure the twenty-seven inches long, and you can measure that in a few spots and then cut that twenty-seven inches so that once you have a twenty-seven inch piece then you take the corner and you bring the corner up to the side and match the sides perpendicular and then anything that overlaps on the end here you're going to cut off and trim.
