Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without any guide. It's very, very important. It's dangerous. As you move through the cave it's very good if you want to climb down from somewhere, for example you are up on a higher point for example on top of a stone, first you just sit down, because from a standing position for example I stand up here, it's more dangerous to climb down like this. But if you sit down, first you sit. You are going to sit because your bottom is like a part of your body that holds you and another thing is that as you step now you can step deeper. You are on a higher place and you don't want to climb you would like to jump. It's forbidden and it's very dangerous. So don't jump. And usually in caves it's not so good to wear jewelries. Because as you climb somewhere you just hit your hand to the wall and your expensive watch is gone so it's not good. And also bad if you climbed like this and your jewelries are hanging so it's better to leave it home.
