Keep a Short Distance Between Cavers

Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without any guide. It is very very important. It is dangerous. Each of you pass each other and just look at the other one because in this way you will see where you should turn left or right, how you hold your feet, your hands, and your parts of the body and then this way it is very safe. Just keep a short distance between each other, maybe two meters or three but if it is more than that is too long and try to go in the same way as the other person who is in front of you is going so if the other person is sitting his or her butt down and sliding by feet first somewhere in a hole just do the same. Just sit down and slide feet first. In this way I ask you especially when you leave a harder part, just wait for the next one because in this way he or she should see the moving way and if needed you can also explain the way you are going. Don't jump, never jump, always try to climb. Then slide feet first.
