Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without any guide. It's very, very important. It's dangerous. Just climb please on your bottom because it's slippery so if you, as you slip there, if you step on a slippery part you fall. But if you slide on your bottom, you won?t fall I'm sure. So just come in please and slide on your bottom. And the other thing that sometimes there is a narrow part. In this way just keep your hands on the walls because with your hands you cannot fall. You cannot lose your balance. So it's like 4 points where you hold yourself. You see. Your both feet, your both hands. Constantly are keeping on the walls. You just put somewhere on top of the stones your hands and you just use like a bar. It's very, very good. Just try it please and come with me.
