Safe Caving & The Sliding Technique

Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without any guide. It's very, very important. It's dangerous. Just climb please on your bottom because it's slippery so if you, as you slip there, if you step on a slippery part you fall. But if you slide on your bottom, you won?t fall I'm sure. So just come in please and slide on your bottom. And the other thing that sometimes there is a narrow part. In this way just keep your hands on the walls because with your hands you cannot fall. You cannot lose your balance. So it's like 4 points where you hold yourself. You see. Your both feet, your both hands. Constantly are keeping on the walls. You just put somewhere on top of the stones your hands and you just use like a bar. It's very, very good. Just try it please and come with me. Sometimes we have very small holes which look like very small but later we have even tighter in this one. In this way if you go through such a small hole like this just watch your knee and your elbow because you can hit yourself. And the other thing that just take your time. And the last thing very, very slowly you follow the same way as the other person who is in front you is going. So if the other person, for example here, is going on his or her own force by hat first you just go in the same way. In this way everywhere you know the way of going. But if it's needed, just start the way of going to the next person because it makes it cleaner if he or she cannot see you.
