Eating Before Caving

Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without a guide. It is very very important. It is dangerous. After caving and doing caving and before caving it is good to eat. The cavers usually bring a lot of chocolate and eat enough before the trip which means that it is good because their power is not off during the trip and in some caves there is also water in them so your stuff also gets wet. It is even worse to climb up if you are wet and your stuff is heavier and you are steaming because you are warm and your water gets away so it's bad. So just eat before the trip a lot but not too much but eat something substantial and bring chocolate. It is very very important. And with sleeping, don't go caving if you are tired. If you are tired just stay outside and sleep or rest and then you go. If you plan maybe six hours for the trip it can be even longer so don't think of it because caver time and the trip can be longer then you have expected. There is the expression that before the cave trip you shouldn't drink any alcohol during the cave you can't but when you exit or leave the cave you can drink and after means that sometimes the cavers drink beer or wine or whatever.
