Helmets & Lights in Caving

If you turn on your light you just turn it like this and it is on. And on your helmet your light should be like this and it is better if this part is showing down, pointing down because you stand in front of and you look at the floor. You don't look like this you just look down. This way the light is going in the right place, down. If you look up somewhere you have to look like this so you just put your head up like this and this way you can see far. So the light needs to always be going in the same place. The batteries of course are rechargeables and you see and you have the switcher which is a turning part like this and you have extra batteries. Before you go in a cave don't go alone and don't go without a guide. It is very very important. It is dangerous.
