Next area we're going to cover is the Iron Man Tower, quite the compact item for any gym. You can do a multitude of different exercises on it, all of which are conducive to a good boxing program. One of my boxers, Nick, is going to help us out for a moment here. One of the basic moves that he's going to do now is the leg extensions. You get a lot of abdominal work in there for that one. You can also do what we call the leg raises. Again, that's a lot of abdominal exercises there, good for the abdomen. Go either way with it. Also on this Iron Man contraption here, we can do some chin-ups. We can do the straight chin-up, right from the center of the bar. We can also do chin-ups from the outer areas of the bar, which is going to tie-in with some different muscles, again, altogether. Also, the bottom of the Iron Man is also constructed so you can actually do some push-ups. Rather than a push-up bar, you can actually do push-ups, also, on the Iron Man Tower. So as you can see, for the variety of different things you can do on one of these things and the compactness as it is, it would be a good staple for any gym. Thank you.
