The next area in our boxing gym requirements, is going to be the weight system. And, what we have here tucked away in a corner is a multi-weighted type system where you can do your butterfly presses, your pull downs, your push forwards here. We've got some leg developers here. This strap here can also be connected here for your individual pull up and downs there. It's all controlled in the back with your weights, adjustable pulling out the pin of course. They say in boxing, you shouldn't lift a lot of weights. What we try to do is, lift a little bit of weights a lot of times versus a lot of weight a few times. That's better for dexterity, etc. We're also using some set of barbells. And, again this has got the quick release snaps on it. Again, the last person to use this was a pretty big person. Because, what I try to stress again is a little bit of weight a lot of times. And, also dumbbells individually arm exercises. Good to have a good set of dumbbells. Again, low maintenance type equipment. We don't have a lot of weights here at the boxing gym. But, we do some weight training. And, again what you really want to concentrate on is lower weights lots of reps. Thanks.
