Double end bags, next area we're going to talk about. We have two in our gym. And you should have at least two, mostly because some are a little bit smaller, and some are a little bit larger. The larger ones are easier to hit, however, they're not as good for accuracy, a nice small one for accuracy. The big thing about double end bags is you want to make sure that the boxer can work around them as well as left to right and in front of them. So, the supports used to hang the double end bag should come at least three feet out from the wall. One of the other things that makes these so adjustable for boxers is a good rubber type suspension hook in system. This one will come right out. We can actually adjust it by tying knots into it which will drop the whole bag a little bit lower for some of your shorter boxers. See that already dropped it down to my shoulders versus my chin. And if we wanted to make it higher, we can actually go to the top and wrap it around it, a time or two which will bring the face of the ball back up to even a taller person than myself. But the queue is to have it so that it's adjustable. There's nothing worse than having a bag that you have to reach up for or reach down at. It should be about your chin height. Again, everything in boxing, simulate, you're going from your chin to your opponents chin. Okay, thank you.
