Helping Other Spelunkers Through Tight Places

Hello my name is Laszlo. We are going in this matteous cave which is under the Buda hill. I will teach you about caving. So if someone would like to try, it's not obligatory so if you don't we'll just go. There and I will put my feet next to your knee so you just step on it and then put both hands first. Good. If you step in higher with your feet you will find the hole exactly and you just keep going on your stomach and you wiggle like this. Just keep wiggling and moving. I've got you and you just step down with your right foot and then you?re left. Very good. Watch your head. Sometimes there is no other choice but to go through a tight hole so that is why it is good to practice such a small hole like this.
