Working on Boxing Footwork with a Partner

In our next segment on working with footwork what I'm going to show you, and Nick's going to help me, is how two boxers can work in tandem in the ring, working on each other's footwork as well as their own footwork. So what we're going to do is as we start off, Nick is going to mirror whatever I do. So as I'm going this way, he's going that way also. I'm going this way, he's going that way also, and if I go back, then he's going to go forward and vice versa. If I go forward, he's going to go back. So he's basically mirroring whatever I do. Then it's good to actually switch a little bit and then let the other person...and then I'll mirror what Nick is going to do. Got me? Okay, so there you have it. It's a good added benefit to your working out is to get a partner in here and help each other. Thank you.
