So the next thing we're going to do, is we're going to get our mallet ready to be connected and put some holes in it to put the wooden dowel through. So we're going to do that by putting it into our vise grip here, and starting with the smaller hole. It's very hard to drill through copper pipe with a big drill bit right away, so we're going to go right through the center. Now it's important to note that we're only going through one side of the pipe. We don't want to go through both sides of the pipe, only one side. And now we've got our hole started, we're going to go in with the bigger drill bit. So we've done that. Now we're going to determine how big we want our hammer to be. We're going to get our saw, and we're just going to saw a nice size for our mallet, and if we judged this right, it should just work its' way inside, with a little elbow grease. We judged it right on! So here we have a mallet to play our xylophone with.
