So now has come the time to cut our final note and lowest note, with our lowest pitch, low C. This is the bottom note on the octave that we're doing on our xylophone today. So, I'm going to make the final note that we're cutting, C, at eleven and a half inches to keep true to the form that we followed throughout the project. So, we've completed our diagram. And now we're ready to make our cut. Measure our stick, measure our pipe here at eleven and a half. Using my pipe cutter, close in on it. Twist, tighten, twist, tighten. Again, this is a great tool. You can pick it up at any hardware store that carries plumbing supplies. So now we've got what should be just about the right pitch for a low C and our final note in our series on the xylophone.
