A Minor Violin Arpeggio: 6th DegreeLet's play our A tonic minor arpeggio once again. First finger, third finger, first finger on the D string, Open A, C natural. (Audio demo) Let's go over our sixth scale degree which is an E natural. Open E. No fingers, just open E. From our C natural, our fifth scale degree, it's a minor third. Remember, everything in a tonic minor goes up in minor thirds.
