Let's play our A tonic minor arpeggio. First scale degree, one A natural. Second, third finger on the G string. Third, first finger on the D string. (Audio demo) Let's go over our fourth scale degree which is A natural. A natural is played with our A string. No fingering, open A. Open A string is our fourth scale degree. Remember, you always go up in thirds.
