A Major Violin Arpeggio Tips

Now, let's review everything. We've gone over how to look at it on staff paper so you'll know now not only how to play it, but how to identify it when you see it on the staff paper. We've gone over fingerings, we've gone over accidentals, sharps in particular for this A major tonic arpeggio, but now let's play it once again in review. First finger, first degree A natural. C sharp third finger on the G string. E natural, one, open A, C sharp, E natural, our sixth scale degree third finger now, seventh scale degree, A. Now it shift; remember, shift, to C sharp first finger fourth position--fourth position third finger, and our last but not least, our A natural in fourth position.
