Ice Skating Knee Exercise

O.K. step on the ice and skate and lift your knees and cross with the arms. Touch and cross with the arms. Lift your knees and touch cross the knees. Lift and touch with the open end. Touch with the opened arms, touch and if you can hold that, if you can hold that for one or seconds you can hold that. Not so easy, but you have to do this and cross and cross and the other hand you can hold by side; just the right balance with the holding arms. It's a simple, very, very simple exercise. If you have done previous exercise it's very quick, it's easy, and then it is easy.
