Ice Skating Exercise

I will show you how I teach skating. The first exercise what you need is then stepping, stepping in the place but in the place, just stepping pay attention. Bend the knees yes and bend your body for while a little bit. Yes this is a very important basic exercise. You will experience the shifting of body weight the center of the gravity. You should hold your balance yes. It so easy but very very important. The next exercise is skating in the place, that’s interesting just experience feel the ground feel the surface. But try it just try it don't step just try this. Don't be afraid it's easy. Bend your body for a while a little bit yes. This is good bend your knees always, always bend your knees to stabilize the balance. This is the importance of this task.
