Hi, this is Sean Hobson, and what we're working with right now is we're working with our forwards. We want to introduce you to some spots on the floor that we're going to mention throughout the video clips, and talking about the positions that the forwards play. The forward is probably the most versatile position because of the fact that they play in so many different areas. So, what we're going to talk about right now is the low post area. Whenever we talk about the post and the low post area, or posting on the block, what we're talking about is this guy posting up in the low block area. This is predominantly where the centers and the power forwards are going to post up. So this is the low block, or the low post position. The next position we're going to have is called the high post. The high post is anywhere up here above the free throw line. This is the high post area. A lot of times we'll have our post players come up and post in the high post. We want them to catch and look for a dunk down low, called a high low. So, this is the position up here, in the high post area. The other one is called the elbow. Right here sometimes we want our post players to post up on the elbow, again so we can get the ball to him, and we can high low. And the other that we're going to see our forwards at is the wing. And the wing is anywhere out in this general area right here is called the wing. You've got the wing perimeter, and you've got the shallow wing right in here. The other position that sometimes we're going to step our forwards to is this position right here. And this is called the short corner. It's not to the far corner, but it's called the short corner. We run a lot of plays out of our short corner, because what happens is when this guy gets the ball everybody's going to converge and then it opens up our high post area or our wing area for open players. So, we've got several different positions on the floor, and we wanted you to know where our forwards are going to be playing in the offense.
