This is a 55cm ball, head relaxed, this is called hip lifts. You’re gonna lift your hips up on the ball. What I don’t want to see is this hyperextension. You wanna stay level and straight. You’re gonna bend behind your knees, roll the ball in and lengthen to return. This is a great exercise for your gluts and hamstrings. The ball will shift, so you can scoot your feet down along it as your reps go by or you’ll end up not having any traction on it otherwise. Good. And lets do one more. And release.
