We’ll do the single leg lift. Your knee goes in, lengthen up, lengthen to return. In, up lengthen to return. This is tough, anything done single leg on the ball is gonna be much tougher on the legs. We’re gonna do 8 of these, and two more. One more. Good Relax for a second to switch to the other side. You’re gonna center your stabilizing leg on that ball. Ok, lift in up and lengthen. Good it’s a great overload on the hamstrings. One more time, and lengthen.
