This is a typical disc golf bag, and today we're going to talk about fifteen different types of discs that I would use for different shots around the course. Next we're going to talk about putters. And I'm going to show you--this is the most basic AVR put and approach disc. This is an AVR put and approach disc. This is the most basic putter that they make for you out there. This is best for beginners. It's a regular AVR, so it's going to have your--be a little bit over stable for you, but it's going to be a great one for you to practice on. The AVR actually comes in a couple different styles, just the basic. The one that I like the most is this one right here, and this is an Innova disc golf glow AVR putter. And this is actually a lot of fun because I have a couple different glow in the dark discs, and it gives me the availability to play the course when there's nobody else there. Just me and some glow in the dark sticks in the baskets, and a lot of fun. So, again, the AVR putter's probably the most standard putter out there. You're going to find that it's going to give you the optimal chance for pars out there, even for your bogeys. I think that most people should start with just the putter before you get even a distance driver or you get a mid-range, you should buy yourself a putter and figure out how to throw that straight. These discs actually look a lot like Frisbees you'd throw on the beach, but trust me that they don't throw anything like that. So, all of that old body language that you learned from being a kid on the beach and throwing your Frisbee to your friend, it's nothing like throwing these things. These things are actually more like missiles, and you have to know exactly how to throw them or they're going to do things that you don't understand are happening. The AVR putter comes in--this is one of the basic kinds they come out in. And then this one right here is actually the newest line, and it's a Star AVR, so this is a different kind of plastic, this is a more durable plastic, it's a lot softer on the hands compared to this one. This one feels more like rubber. And this one feels--it's pretty soft, this is actually a lightweight AVR. It's a 150. And I find that this one works really well for me on short shots that I don't need much weight on the disc because I don't have much wind. The heavier the disc, usually the heavier you want--the heavier the wind, usually the heavier you want your discs. So, if you're dealing with a strong headwind, you're going to want to try to choke up and find yourself a heavier putter, because when you throw that putter into a headwind, it's instinctively going to want to either rise or fall, and so the heavier the putter you have, the better chances you're going to have of getting that disc fifteen, twenty feet before it starts rising up, where a lightweight putter like this, 150 grams, if I'm throwing this into even a five mile an hour headwind, this disc is not going to really go anywhere for me. But, I enjoy it. It's a lot of fun to practice with, and it helps me out a lot. So, again, this is the Innova AVR put and approach putter, and thank you very much. My name's John Stone.
