Tips for Making Jewelry Bags
Ok, we only have one more step to go and this little bag is going to be finished. So if you notice the ends of our drawstring are raw their not finished and If you wanted to you could have, just sit here and sew it up like this. But I like knots and so what I like to is to get the two ends meet them together meet them together just like so and I'm going to trim off any excess threads that are hanging out, like that and I am just going to make a note. And when I do make a knot I am going to pinch the ends just like so and I am going to pinch them. So. And when I pull it out the pinched end is showing just a little bit. It is just like making a square knot and you just pull it tight. It is just like making a knot at the end of one but you are making two and then the raw seam is inside of here. So, but if you can't make that in there, you can't hide it in feel free to get yours and actually, maybe sew them together and sew it over like this. Just run a little tack seam. It does not matter because it will be inside of your knot and it is not going to hurt anything. You will not even be able to see it. I am going to do the same thing to this one I am going to trim that off. And make sure they are all even and strait together. Here we go. Where did that come from? Ok, so I am basically just making a regular knot. And I am going to get my fingers in there and grab this and pinch it. Kind of just pull, just pull it real softly. You don't even have to hurry up. You can practice with this as much until you get it the way that you want it. And just pull it. There. So those knots wont come out it's all knotted together. This one is not in together. Let me tighten it up just a little bit. So lets look, and see if everything works good. Open it up. Looks good on the inside. I got my stops on there. Push it up. And these are to keep it closed. And there we go. There is a little make up drawstring jewelry bag. What ever you want to put in there.
