Violin String Names

First off we're going to learn about how to open strings. First we have the G string, the G string is the lowest string on the violin. It's going to have the deepest and lowest sound and it's also our furthest string to the left. That is if you are holding it like this, our second string is one of our middle strings, the D string. Third is our A string another of our middle strings and our last string is our E string, our E string is our highest string on the violin and it has the highest sound. Now let's play some of these here is the G (playing violin), the D, the A and the E.
