Utensils for Basque Chicken

Let's go over the pots and utensils that we're going to need. We going to need a small sauce pot, we're going to be making the vegetable stock in here. We're going to be using two big pots. We're going to be boiling our beets for just a little bit to get them heated up. They'll be soft but we want to insure that they're completely soft. We'll be using another one here and that is to soften up our Brussels sprouts. We'll then be draining them and then be putting them on this baking sheet right here. Our vegetables and our sweet potatoes are all going to go on here and then later on we're going to make a sauce and at the very end, with our balsamic, garlic and lemon juice we'll be drizzling that over the top. We're going to be sauteing our chicken here in this frying pan or a saute pan. We're also going to be using a can opener because we have a can of beets, a spoon, a knife, we're going to be using measuring spoons and measuring cups, I have this peeler here for our sweet potato, a small container and a strainer and that'll be for our lemon juice. We'll have a cutting board and, because we are using chicken, I'm going to use this glove.
