Let's play our F minor melodic scale once again. (playing violin) Scale degree number one F natural, scale degree number two G natural, scale degree number three A flat, scale degree number four is B flat, scale degree number five C natural. Now let's learn our fifth scale degree which is a C natural, it's played with your second finger on the A string. (playing violin) It's bringing our fifth scale degree B flat and our sixth and our fifth I mean, C natural is a whole step. B flat is a C natural is a whole step.
