V Outs. Make sure you’ve got some basic core strength before you try this, because this can go wrong if you don’t have the basic pilates concept down of breathing and engaging your abs. The legs are straight, your gonna lower them, if your abs tolerate, to 45 degrees take the ball, pass. I want the exhale on the pass on the lowering down of the leg, if you feel your abs coming up out of this you’re gonna have to limit your range, just about here, until you get the breathing and stabilization down. Excellent ab work here. Two more. And relax.
