With only a simple aerobics step, you can perform all of the exercises that are featured in these videos. In these exercises, our expert will demonstrate the proper placement for the aerobics step and then lead you through the entire exercise step by step. In addition to the previously mentioned moves, our expert will also demonstrate the k-step, the repeater, the corner to corner step, the v-up, and jumping jacks.
