You will learn how normal exercises such as the pushup, the squat and the crunch, can be adapted to fit the different stages of your pregnancy.In order to adapt normal callisthenic exercises to different stages of your pregnancy, our expert will show you different variations on traditional exercises such as the wall pushup. In this exercise you will perform a normal pushup against a wall. This exercise has many of the same muscular benefits that a normal pushup has, but is safe to do during your pregnancy. You will also learn exercises such as the pelvic tilt, chin tucks, and the abduction squeeze.
