You will see video demonstrations of such poses as the warrior one pose, the wide legged forward bend pose, the bridge pose, and the wheel pose. Our expert will walk you through each of these poses while teaching you the individual benefits that each pose has to offer.Elephant trunk pose is the most advanced pose in this set of videos. In this pose, our expert raises herself up off the floor using yoga blocks, and then contorts her body into the shape of an elephant’s trunk. This very advanced yoga pose is a great one to build up to and is sure to give you a challenge. Our expert also demonstrates other poses that are slightly less difficult, like the hero’s pose or the lotus pose.
