Summary: Your back pain is begging for a cure. If you haven't visited a chiropractor, now is the time. Chiropractic care is based on the premise that spinal joint dysfunction can result in a variety of diminished health conditions by interfering with the nervous system. It is a health care profession which diagnoses and treats disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system, and commonly includes spinal adjustments and decompression. While using spinal adjustment for back pain has been around since ancient Egypt, chiropractors now use a variety of methods, including massage, strength training, electrical stimulation and traction in order to treat patients.

In this free video series a certified physical therapist, Dr. Karen Pryor, will show you several holistic methods to help treat back pain. You'll begin by learning a few natural prevention methods for back pain, such as: good nutrition, exercise and hydration. Dr. Pryor will then show you several techniques you can use to naturally alleviate your back pain. You'll learn exercises for sitting, lying down and even standing that will help calm those pesky pains. Dr. Pryor is also a story teller and with a few explanations of how your body works you'll begin visualizing how your nerves, discs and spinal cord work in relation to your body. With her acute understanding of the body Dr. Pryor will show you how to treat and heal your back the right way, naturally.
