Summary: Squash is a racquet sport that was formerly called squash racquets, a reference to the "squashable" soft ball used in the game. The game is played by two players (or four players for doubles) with standard rackets in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. Squash is characterized as a high-impact exercise that can place strain on the joints. In the traditional scoring system, a point is scored only by the server when the receiver is unable to return the ball to the front wall before it has bounced twice. When the receiver wins the rally, they are awarded only the right to serve.

Practice is necessary for squash players to add diversity and finesse to their squash game. In this free video series, a squash instructor will teach you how to practice squash with a partner so that both players may work on different types of squash shots. You'll learn how to hot a variety of drives, boasts, lobs, volleys, and kill shots. What's more is that you'll learn how to hit these shots all over a squash court, from the frontcourt to the backcourt, and from straight shots to diagonal shots. After practicing these two player squash drills, a subsequent game will be more exciting, intense, and competitive!
