Summary: Yu-Gi-Oh began as a Japanese manga, created Kazuki Takahashi and running from 1996 to 2004 in Japan. An animation version of this Yu-Gi-Oh series aired in Japan from 1996 to 1998. Takahashi has said in interviews that each of the characters has a "strong hidden part" which he equates to the hidden potential in young readers and players. The Yu-Gi-Oh collectible card game, or CCG, also created by Takahasi, includes point values for monsters as well as special skills and powers that make combat fun and strategic. The Different Dimension strategy includes building a deck that is fueled by monsters that are "removed from game" by other cards.

In this free CCG video series, gamer Larry Ramirez teaches you how to build and play a Different Dimension deck in the Yu-Gi-Oh CCG. Larry shows you what cards you need and which to avoid. He also teaches you how to play the important parts of your deck, how many you can have, and when to play them. Some cards, like "Helios the Primordial Sun" can become more powerful than monarchs when fueled with Different Dimension or removed from play cards.
