But karaoke is not a talent search, it's about having fun, even if you're a lousy singer and don't know it. So respect everyone's performance, and everyone will enjoy themselves. Then you can play Simon Cowell with your date on the ride home. Unless of course they themselves are one of those unfortunate folks who have no idea about their own lack of talent...
