Summary: With all of the promotions for gym workout programs and home exercise machines in the media these days, many of us have lost sight of the fact that we can get in shape just fine without either one of these options. The proper workout does involve more than a jog every couple of days, but a regular routine with the simple exercises demonstrated in these videos can be just as effective as weights and machines in getting you into great shape.

Expert: Sue Conrad is a personal trainer with a certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2001. She currently teaches cardio kickboxing and trains clients of various ages and fitness levels. Her youngest client is 11, and her oldest client is 86. The areas of her specialization are injury rehab after surgery and sports specific training.
